How is it possible that Obama was born in Africa if...

His mother never stepped foot or womb on African soil?

Shouldn't this be the end all argument? If Ann Dunham was never in Africa, never set foot or womb in Africa, HOW could her child have been born in Africa?

Any media organization that gives these people even a 30 second platform should be denied any credibility ever.

Also, it was good to take a refresher on her bio: Stanley Ann Dunham

One classmate remembered her as "intellectually way more mature than we were and a little bit ahead of her time, in an off-center way", and a high school friend described her as knowledgeable and progressive: "If you were concerned about something going wrong in the world, Stanley would know about it first. We were liberals before we knew what liberals were." Another called her "the original feminist".

And you are geographically challenged. I mean Hawaii ... Kenya ... easily confusing to someone who has a hard time driving to the local Wal-Mart when there is a posted detour.

then why doesn't he wear more Hawaiian shirts?

As for his "immigration papers," I think I see your point: Obama is an illegal!

No one has pointed out the Hawaiian shirt theory until now. I can't recall ever seeing him in a Hawaiian shirt. I suppose he has so I guess we will have to take his word for it. But is is somewhat suspicious.

It's easier for them to think he magically emerged from his father's womb in Kenya.

I have given up even engaging the TEA-diots.

They do not care about facts, figures, exhibits, testimony or evidence - they go straight from feeling (50% of the time that feeling is hate, 49% of the time that feeling is anger, and the other 1% its "I-have-to-pee&quot to decision with no stopping in between.

I have met blades of grass with more introspection than TEA party morons, and the most virulent strain comes solely from the birther movement. Not only are they out and out racists, they are DUMB racists to boot! Their "theory" requires such amazing leaps of faith and suspension of disbelief that you have to wonder if these people who believe it actually sit around and fling poo at each other in between grooming for lice!

Screw them all....they want "their" country back? Well I want MINE back - the one that did exist when I was a young man, but as I have become middle aged has disappeared into a puddle of its own fear-induced urine...the "other" is what makes us stronger, it is why America has grown and prospered like no other nation before it. We do not fear each other, we support and grown strong from the differences and new ways we all brought to the table here. To shut that down and to crawl into a dark hole with fear of everyone else is pathetic and unworthy of the sacrifices others made so that I can type this in English instead of German, Japanese or Russian!

No amount of facts will sway them. Best to let them spin their wheels and make fun when appropriate. That's my approach to the truthers and it works pretty well on the birthers too.

Since no one could prove she went to Africa, the birthers moved on to thinking that you needed two parent-citizens in order to qualify for the 14th amendment.

showing she had been to Africa? Unfortunately I've never gotten to travel so I don't have a passport or know exactly how they do it. It seems like there would be a record somewhere of a trip to Kenya at the time Obama was born.
