Today makes me giggle with glee...

My new doctor has a Swedish flag and an Obama pin.

And I just found out that a gay couple (Paul and Pedro) moved across from my parents. Waiting for mom to call and tell me dad's head exploded. He's...not fond of Hispanics and though he (allegedly) tolerates me and Paul, he refers to other gays as 'queers'.

Mom told me she wasn't sure they were gay till they had a goodbye kiss as one of them left for work.

So...gay, Hispanic, and no problems with public affections.

Yeah, it's a good day.
