Kim Davis -- the Kentucky clerk who stopped issuing all marriage licenses after the Supreme Court gay marriage ruling -- is taking another stab at stopping same-sex marriages in her county.

Her lawyers filed a petition Friday with the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals asking the court to halt an order by a district judge requiring that marriage licenses be issued to all couples seeking them, Buzzfeed reported.

Just wait. Whenever she decides to go back to not work and not do her job, a certain federal judge will summon her for his rath.

Well, Kim, you have a simple choice here. Issue licenses, or back in jail.

for starters. She has basically told SCOTUS, the Federal gov, and a Federal Judge to fuck off. That, does not go over too well after awhile. She well might have her fans, but the weight of the Federal gov. on ones shoulders is pretty heavy indeed.

opportunities for those working this episode and Kim Davis is a useful stooge. In the big picture, she is going to be the big loser, but she can't comprehend the big picture IMO.
