The consequence of Obama's adventures in Ukraine, Syria, Libya, Yemen, et al. is going to be bad for the US, reduced to something less than the UK and reviled for generations by the rest of the world. On top of W's war gambits, we may be lucky to have anything left.

The national karma is greater than the national debt.

As I said, criticism is fair. But any attempt to compare Obama's policies to GWB's Iraq invasion and the direct, immediate, and long-term disastrous consequences of Bush's policy for Iraq and the entire ME is simply ludicrous.

with the Russian Bear and our Chinese debt-holders, like pushing too far or too much in Syria for example.

Praising his efforts to maintain the uni-polar world we've long sat atop of is praise for and a sanctioning of the goals achieved by the human misery involved.

WHo knew there were so many on the left these days so tolerant of "collateral damage" of that sort, no?

believing. The acceptance of collateral damage is unacceptable to me but, I'm just a citizen. Sad.
