Cosby to add criminal attorney as PA case may be reopened

Bill Cosby is rumored to be contemplating adding a criminal attorney to his stable of legal representatives, as prosecutors in Pennsylvania continue to weigh reopening a decade-old sexual assault complaint filed against him.

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, attorney Edwin Jacobs contends he was recently contacted by representatives for Cosby concerning a Montgomery County probe into allegations initially raised in 2005 by former Temple University employee Andrea Constand. Jacobs told the newspaper he referred the caller to another attorney.
