Ben Carson - standing too close to the ether all those years shows up now

[IMG][/IMG]
BEN, YOU GOTTA BE KIDDIN' ME

Ben Carson: Charles Darwin Came Up With the Theory of Evolution Because He Was Influenced by Satan

Too much idiotic babble to quote each one- but, feel free to add them in your comments. His comments on the evolution of the eyeball are priceless.

Jesus, this man should be in a cave marveling over the wonders of fire and the wheel.

Maybe the brain can deteriorate in the same way. He may have been something like a genius, at one time. I'd really have to stretch that word to apply it to him, now.

Explains why he got out of medicine and into politics - he found a field to try to be successful in without a working brain.

You do have to know some stuff. I am wondering if it is some sort of dementia mixed with fundamentalist religion. I wonder if he was always this way or if it is worse.

Take him seriously. Watch your country go over the Horseshoe Falls.

Ultracrepidarianism is a tendency to make authoritative pronouncements in matters above or outside their level of knowledge. Often, those pronouncements fall entirely outside the ultracrepidarian's realm of legitimate expertise.

If the quoted "authority" has no expertise in the relevant field, then their authority is irrelevant to the truth of the matter.

I have a Republican friend who won't attempt to defend Trump and Cruz and the crazies but keeps telling me should trust Carson because he is so smart. This is some good ammunition: he was claiming his questioning of evolution was just an example of pandering to the base like everyone does in the primaries. Can't wait to see how he explains Carson acting like the Church Lady and blaming Satan.

And if course I've never heard any scientist who had a problem explaining fossils on the top of mountains - it's called plate tectonics.

They really do not like evolution.

We let this guy near the White House at our collective peril.
