Pope says many powerful people don't want peaceFrancis says arms production is 'industry of death'
Pope Francis said Monday that "many powerful people don't want peace because they live off war". The Argentine pontiff made the hard-hitting comment in response to a question from one of the 7,000 children taking part in an audience held with the Peace Factory organisation. "This is serious," Francis told the children.
"Some powerful people make their living with the production of arms.
"It's the industry of death".

I have no words.
1 trillion dollars wasted for a fighter plane, 3 billion for a Washington D.C. airshield against the scary terrorists lurking around every corner and cloud....that let a single engine home built helicopter through undetected....who should not be outraged?
I am trying to find his full quote on income inequality and wealth redistribution because that one was an arrow to the heart of the GOP as well.
