Texas Open Carry is Three Months Away

In three months, gun owners with a concealed handgun license will be able to openly carry in the state of Texas.
Many North Texas gun ranges say they are doubling their education courses before the law goes into effect.

With pretty much no problems aside from a rare idiot now and then.

Where I worked as a deputy it was more common to see a farmer out with a handgun than not, due to snakes and packs of wild dogs that were an issue at that time. They would come to town with them just the same.

If I'm in Wallyworld (don't pile on me, we have NO CHOICES here in Dumbfuckistan) and I see somebody open carrying, I will run like hell to the nearest exit. And it takes about an hour to an hour to 15 minutes to do a full week and a half's haul of groceries shopping.
