Question that should be asked of Trump, Carson, Bush et al about "gun free zones"

Various repub candidates, including Trump, Carson, and Bush have spoken out against "gun free" zones, suggesting that if more people carried guns, there would be less gun violence.

So here's the question that needs to be put to them:

If elected will they pledge to lift any restrictions on tourists and others visiting the White House carrying concealed (or open) weapons?
If not, why not? After all, while the White House already has a lot of "good guys" with guns (which should be enough to stop any bad guy with a gun), wouldn't it be an even safer place if everyone who entered the WH could be packing a gun?

Relatedly, if elected, will they pledge to allow guns to be carried into any venue where they are speaking or attending an event?
If not, why not?

There were students there who were packing, but none of them would draw their weapons because there were worried that when the cops arrived, they would get shot. Wise move I say, many would have been hurt of killed in the crossfire.
