available to read? I recall being told it couldn't be made public while there were still negotiations, and understood that, but apparently it's now final, so let's see it!

saying different opinions as if they KNOW what is in the final agreement, and instead of believing any of them, I'd like to read it myself and form my own opinion.

(6,145 posts)3. The fast track bill requires the USTR post the text of the agreement 60 days before signing.
That would likely be sometime in January or February the way things currently stand. Since the agreement is now negotiated I'd also like to hear the reason of the day for continued secrecy.
If this agreement is so great just make it public now.
