It has been said that, "All politics is local".

It has been said "that all politics is local".

But one only needs to look at the overwhelming influx of out of state money and the boost it has given to Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker's campaign to see that this is no longer true.

Sure, the national unions might come through at the last minute and start spending money. But the unions represent middle class Wisconsinites. People that live pay check to pay check.

Walker's donors are in large part millionaires, even billionaires and their huge corporations. They are waiting like carpet baggers to swoop in and reap the harvest of the anti-labor seeds that Walker has sown.

As I am currently unemployed. But I know what you are saying. We saw a lot of out of state money come in for Proposition 8 in California. If I recall correctly, more money came from out of state (specifically Utah) than was generated in state for that wretched proposition.
