10:17 AM PT (Barbara Morrill): Cummings' demands that the entire transcript of Sidney Blumenthal be released. Gowdy says we'll do it later, Cummings says the rules allow for a vote right now. Getting heated here.
10:20 AM PT: After Gowdy has ranted extensively about Blumenthal's emails, he acts outraged and offended that Democrats are characterizing the emails as Blumenthal's and continues to refuse a vote on whether to release the transcript of Blumenthal's interview with the committee. We'll get to a vote on whether to release that transcript ... sometime soon, is Gowdy's basic claim. But not now. Certainly not now.
Oh, and as they go to break, he promises much, much more Blumenthal talk to come after the break. Oy.
