Paraphrasing the late Ann Richards: Poor Jeb! He was born with a silver foot

in his mouth.

I have to give it to Rubio. He gave it back to Jeb. Jeb claimed to be like McCain, yet he never criticized MCain when, no doubt, he missed many votes in the Senate in 2008.

That conservative CNN commentator: C.S.Hunt? had an interesting comment on Jeb's comparing Rubio to Obama: Obama won. Twice. And in 2008 against Hillary Clinton.

Yeah, that is a strange thing to say. Like, WHY would you NEED to go to prison for him? smirkymonkey Nov 2015 #2

"I love my dad. I'd kill for him. I'd go to prison for him because I love him so much; thankfully, I haven't had the need to do that."

I thought that was a weird thing to say.

I would never in a million years think of saying that about my dad. I would say something like, I would die for him (actually today is his birthday, and I would! Ironically enough we call him Poppy), but I would never say I would go to jail for him because it would never occur to me that I would have to.

Also, I miss Ann Richards. What a great Texan!
