(113,083 posts)at the State Dept that Obama and Kerry saw as a priority - like Middle East peace deals, Iran nuclear agreement, global environmental progress. I am glad I turned out to be wrong, but, it became apparent Keystone had no future with Obama and Kerry by the end of 2014 when they managed to drag it out long enough for it to be proven unfeasible.
