Ben Carson Loses His Sh*t Live On-Air When CNN Asks Him One Simple Question

http://www.addictinginfo.org/2015/11/06/ben-carson-loses-his-sht-live-on-air-when-cnn-ask-him-one-simple-question-video/

One of the most basic tasks of any presidential hopeful is to articulate their ambitions for America. But when CNN asked Ben Carson to do that, he completely lost his sh*t, arguing with the interviewer and crying foul.

CNN host Alisyn Camerota played back footage of two controversial remarks by Republican candidate Ben Carson. In the first, he called sections of the American public stupid. In the second, he stated that without Fox News, “we’d be Cuba.”

She asked Dr. Carson to explain which sections of the American public were stupid, and the candidate answered that those who believed social programs helped the disadvantaged were stupid. Camerota began her follow up question:...

There may well be moments where it is appropriate to call out the media for distorting a candidate’s position. But a) this was not one of those situations, and b) this was the most classless, whiney way of doing it. All-in-all, Carson just failed at producing a presidential reaction under the most mild pressure. This was softball compared with what he would face in the White House, and he blew it.

I wonder about Paul Ryan too. One of the common attributes is telling lies even when there's no reason to. Adult children of alcoholics or really anyone who grew up in a dysfunctional home.

Does he use, or has he been prescribed any pain medication? I know someone for whom the patches work very well, and she's able to (mostly) function and (mostly) manage the pain.

It's improved her quality of life, but she's still not quite her normal self, and often says things that seem a bit loopy. She's got no "internal filter" and sometimes just blurts things out without thinking.

Her behavior and demeanor remind me a lot of Carson.

I am still shocked Trump's crazy moments haven't killed his campaing and made him stronger but if this doesn't end Carson..... I'll be damned....

Alisyn Camerota did a fantastic job questioning the doc and not putting words in his mouth as he claimed. For pete's sake, she played the videos for him yet he still denied the obvious! Definitely not ready for prime time imo.

He's actually fairly sane by the standards of the modern Republican party. At least tRUMP has never said he has a hot line to Jebus. That counts as sane these days, at least over there. Talk about a low bar.

I am waiting for Mr. Mellow to show the rest of himself to those who think he is so terribly nice. Something more than his usual not-nice that they're perfectly happy with, like dishonesty about and abuse of the left and of the press. They eat THIS stuff up.

His stupid beliefs and flat-out lies SHOULD be enough to disqualify him. If a Dem candidate said that he or she got a full scholarship to a service academy, the RWers would be foaming at the mouth with vitriol.

more intelligent if it were not for Fox News.

On the other hand, his stories of youthful violence and his "redemption" may be why he is so popular with the "saved" community. There is nothing they are more in awe of than a formerly bad person being saved. I'll bet he's not the first person to lie his way into their favor. They are complete pushovers for stories like that.
