Kind of a dumb question but, what happens if the US gets a terror threat for black friday?

Will we up the color code and go to lock down like Brussels is currently doing?

What impact would that have on the war on Christmas? Just look at the outrage over the red cups, just image if Christmas lovers can't shop on Friday.

Would the rich people and corporations even allow NO shopping on black Friday?

For some reason it would not surprise me if there are many threats called in this week. Look at what happened to those two Air France flights.

Looks like the terrorists are winning when we shut everything down because of them.

For the record, I don't shop on black Friday. Ok, once I did shop on black Friday, twenty years ago and it was the stupidest thing I have ever done and I have done some really stupid things. I hate the whole idea of black Friday, its dumb. But sometimes I don't know what's worse, the strangle hold corporations have on everything or the strangle hold the terrorists have on everyone's freedoms?

Both suck.

It seems like a lot of companies are doing multi-day sales now. I was out with the housemate last weekend, and some check out person told her to be sure to get the black friday sale, and she told them she never goes out on friday, and they replied it started tuesday.
