But on Sunday night, the term was overtaken by Twitter users posting pictures and videos of cats, to make sure that any leaking of operational details were drowned out.

Here in the states people tweet out police locations, tactics, etc. This culture needs to come to an end and I'm glad Belgium is taking the initiative, hopefully flooding twitter with bogus information and cute cat pictures will become a thing during major events such as protests and the like.
