It Is A Sad Commentary Of Our Country When A Person Can Be Elected President Cause He Can Lie The...

best. Manipulation of facts, outright deception and lies seem to be the flavor of the day to get a person elected president these days. I sit hear and listen to the lies and outright mistruths being spouted by candidates and just can't believe that the American People fall for this. The MSM doesn't challenge the lies. They run the doctored political ads and then they repeat the lies to the public under the auspices of reporting the news.

We should all be embarrassed by this. Unfortunately - I think the stigma of embarrassment has vanished and people just go with the flow.

I was convinced yesterday when I saw tens of millions (by extension since they are all voting for him) of white Americans admit that a Black person protesting at a campaign event should be beaten up.

trump lies and his poll numbers go up.

sadly, we have a huge amount of hateful people in this country.

an honest news service would think twice before reporting future 'facts' from such a candidate...but noooooo.

ratings rule.

Look at the people from both parties promising the country the things that they are going to do once they get in office.

One little problem with those promises, many of them will require the cooperation of BOTH houses of Congress and the person running for President KNOWS that they have no power to make some of these promises come true.

That was on May 1, 2003, he still had five years to go before he made a thorough mess of this country and the Middle East. He never "accomplished" anything, just made things worse.
