While microchipping is still highly recommended, this new app called Finding Rover is a HUGE step forward for shelters and lost pups. Imagine relocating a lost dog with just an app…YUP! It’s happening. And I’m totally stoked. Knowing that more and more lost dogs will find their way back home makes me want to celebrate! HOORAY!
