4. Yeah, but the last time I was absolutely certain about who the enemy was, it was OK to shoot them.

And even though today's Republican party is considerably more dangerous to the country that I love than the NVA ever was, I still wouldn't be comfortable with capping their un-American asses.

I even had some grudging respect for the NVA -- and some pity for teen-agers conscripted into their ranks.

when people didn't know who Norquist was, when they thought that since there didn't seem to be an upper limit to their line of credit, the economy was fine, and when they all had complete trust that the world would go on the way it was forever, their houses doubling in value every few years with no shortage of buyers.

I even see the Teabaggers as a positive sign since they're just smart enough to know they've gotten screwed without getting kissed, even if they're too dumb to connect the dots to who's really done the screw job.

"He is distrustful of his own government employees, and is known to carry the Pottsylvania treasury with him wherever he goes"

They would have loved that guy!

14. Grover Norquist is a subversive. Always has been, always will be.

He does not care for this country or the condition of it's citizens. He only cares about what this country's resources, both human and material, can do for him and his cronies.

The upside is that he and his pals Ralph Reed and Jack Abramahoff are probably the three most responsible for steering the the republican party into it's current fractured condition. Bless their pointy litte heads.

And they really did meet Norquist's requirements. All they were good at was holding a pen.
