...and he tried to imply that PP wasn't really involved (e.g., it was a robbery of the nearby bank) but was taking advantage of the incident for PR purposes -- posing as under attack when whey were (allegedly) not.

Of course, within hours it was clear that he (and other RWers like NRO editor Jonah Goldberg, who used the bank angle to attack Bernie Sanders on Twitter) was doing precisely what he was claiming PP was doing.

So sane people want two questions answered:
1) Where's his apology; and
2) who at CNN thought it was a good idea to book him, and why hasn't that person (and at least two levels of his or her superiors) lost their jobs yet?
