Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsAgain I ask: Why does Maureen Dowd still have a job at the New York Times?
Her tendency for lazy writing ("journalism" doesn't apply) reaches an all-time low with today's output ("column" doesn't apply). Don't bother reading it, let me just summarize: Riffing off all the mumbling re contentious Thanksgiving political talk, she turns things over to her hyper-conservative brother Kevin, for a Trump=Good/Clinton=Bad extravaganza. Absolutely stomach-turning.
What NYT editorial supervisor thought this right-wing hit job was a good idea? And once again: Why does Dowd still work there?

Any writer who can get people to read her, and discuss her on the internet, is a valuable asset these days.
