This looks professional or serious paramilitary given the organization of the attack and that they were able to escape the site.

got away. Your obvious set of yahoos that has had no experience usually can't pull this off because of inexperience or an attack of nerves. Now, they may be local yahoos who got really lucky. We'll have to wait and see. If they were military or paramilitary and if there were 3 of them, it suggests a whole different type of attack -- an attack not by mentally-ill losers, but by semi-organized people with a grudge. We can look at the regular paramilitary homegrown nuts, or it sure may be Muslims, or even something totally new. This shooting does seem to be very different.
