Delicious.

(17,663 posts)A little ginger, garlic, green onions. Locally caught, super ono.
I wouldn't eat anything from the gulf and there may be a time when we find some radiation locally. If and when that happens, we'll stop eating locally caught, sustainably caught i'a, and we will miss them. Hope that day never comes.
Meanwhile, we are rebuilding our fishponds!

(108,903 posts)I get a delivery of local, NC fish once a week.
I know the guy who raises my clams, oysters and the guy who gigs the flounder, the shrimp are local - all the fish local.

(39,345 posts)I don't have the CSA that xchrom does, but I do eat fish and shellfish from our coast. Delish. If we ever have a problem like drilling or fracking, ugh! I'll reevaluate at that time.

I'll probably keep eating fish, at least for a while.
