Women Terrorist Robert Lewis Dear's Batman Comment

Can someone tell me WTF his Batman comment means? Thanks.

"Planned Parenthood and my lawyer are in cahoots because they don't want the truth out," Dear told the judge.

He went on, "I'm not going to agree to mental health evaluations so they can't put me on psychotropic drugs so I can't talk like the Batman guy."

It could also be a reference to the movie Batman Begins. One of the villains, the Scarecrow (Cillian Murphy) blows drugs into the faces of his victims to drive them mad and incoherent. I don't know if Mr. Dear ever had this happen to him, but it would explain a whole lot.

Paranoid without a shadow of adoubt. Organic mental illness + chosen mental illness (fundy horseshit) + readily available gunz-4-all wil never lead to anything good.
