She's definitely not above playing on the fear of the moment in order to get votes. I'd even go so far as to say she probably fancies herself to be the best possibility to be elected first Latina President.

As ugly as it is she probably feels this is her best best chance to take the next step. She is betting on a major terrorist event. I have watched her for years from the district next door, she has always been very underwhelming, now she has become downright annoying.
