For all you DUers who don't think Hillary can win in the GE

In the likely event that she wins the primary, which Republican would you prefer? Cruz? Trump? Rubio? Carson? Who would cause the least damage to our country? Those four seem to be the best of the worst at least in terms of polling.

the fact is she will have difficulty defeating any of them.

I would not prefer that any of the clowns become president.

Why would you think we want a Republican president when we want a true liberal?

I don't "prefer" any Republican. I "prefer" Bernie Sanders. I do not believe Hillary can win the general easily. I do believe Bernie can.

If you are so worried about getting a Republican president then you should work hard to ensure that Bernie wins the primary.

They fear Hillary. Once the Rs turned their smear machines on a self avowed Socialist he would lose in a landslide. I think Bernie is a good guy, I just don't think he could get elected and beyond that, I don't think he would be a good president.

He's been connecting the Iraq War with ISIS. Bernie would neutralize this line of attack.

Now Sanders has been getting the kid glove treatment by the Republicans...what do you think they will do with HIS major negative "Socialism"?

As for Sanders' "Socialism," the Repubs would try to use that against him. I'd hope that Sanders would be able to get his message out and effectively explain his positions, but yes, cries of socialism from the Repubs may drown that out.

See she has MOST of the support of Democrats....real Democrats....they are not going to fall for that Marlarkey! Perhaps your Republican friends will buy that nonsense (cause Democrats won't)! And that is his REAL problem in a nutshell.....He is not winning over Democrats!

Real Dems that are supporting a candidate that played politics with war? If you're supporting Hillary over Bernie, you're the one that's more ideologically aligned with the Repubs. Are you a conservative?

win in November. Bernie Sanders, for instance.

It hardly matters which Republican wins the nomination, although if Trump somehow manages to win the election, there will probably be open rebellion inside of six months. In any case, the specific damage each would do might be different, but it will be terrible enough to start contemplating what it must have been like to have been a Roman citizen in the 5th century, CE.

Look at the States Obama won twice. A bit of wiggle room. Certain states are a lock. Some of the states have a large number of EVs. Then it comes down to winning some of the others. The path for any Dem is much easier with many more options. Repubs have to hold all they won in 2012, likely, then pick off Ohio and Florida THEN pick off others.

That's why I'm so worried about Hillary being able to bring out the voters who sit out midterms. There is no "best of the worst" when it comes to the nuts on the right.
