Gov. Rick Scott is saying, "Allen, all we're trying to do is clean up the voter registration rolls to keep people who shouldn't be voting from stealing our democracy. . . . And if they show up at the polls and think they should have a right, in the possiblity that we made some sort of mistake, all they have to do is show a picture identification, the last two months' receipts for electricity and rent, a school diploma, and pay an administrative fee after filling out a form. Then they'll be given a provisional ballot nd allowed to vote. We'll determine it's validity after the election."
