The presidential campaign of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vermont) earned a late victory Friday night as it was announced his campaign would regain access to voter information Saturday morning.

Several media outlets, including, CNN, The New York Times, and Politico reported that an agreement between Sanders' campaign and the Democratic National Committee was reached late Friday evening.

The decision comes after Sanders' campaign filed a lawsuit against the DNC for cutting off its access to the voter file — on accusations his campaign improperly accessed data compiled by the campaign of rival Hillary Clinton.

Sanders accused the party of trying to "undermine" him in the fight for the Democratic presidential nomination, a race in which Sanders is most closely positioned to challenge frontrunner Hillary Clinton.

They breached their contract with Sanders blatantly. They were going to get fried i court.

But it's hard to feel any sense of victory when they've smeared the integrity of an honest man. That was their intent all along and I'm sure some low percentage around the country saw the headlines and have wrongly concluded Bernie tried to steal Clinton's data.

So should Hillary win the primary, the first five good smears the GOP hit her with - and we all know they're comin' darn near daily, I won't defend her. I will accept it as justice being done for what she and the DNC did to a good man's honor today.

I'm not letting this one slide and I'm not going to forget about it.
