Republican debate: Did anyone notice that Rand Paul called out Christie for the bridge closure?

Rand Paul said it matter of factly, as if it was beyond reproach and Christie did not challenge the assertion? So that would be the truth, not the watered down version that we keep hearing that we don't know for sure if Christie knew about the bridge closings?

And what does this say about this former hero of the republican party? He would be so nasty to risk commuter lives for a personal vendetta against a mayor?
