It don't matter if it's Bernie or Hillary wins

the Republican right wing will shamelessly obstruct everything they try to do. They will do them just like they did Obama. They will continue to drag America down the tubes in hopes that God will save us with Theocratic government just like they have in Saudi. I don't think the nut balls will let up on all the crazy even if Republican was elected it will get worse. They are the true enemy of Democracy.

1. Hillary has spoken directly against the constitution and its civil liberties

She has mocked those who defend the bill of rights to the constitution against encroachment. So yes, it does matter very much.

Hillary is an enemy of our constitutional democracy.

I'm not calling anyone a bad Democrat. It sounds too much like the Republican childish bickering I don't want no part of. I'm just saying whoever the Democrat nominee, the right wing nuts like Rafeal Cruz and his gang of bigots will continue to drag the country down.

6. Well you stated it didn't matter which of our candidates won the nomination, and I say it does.

And I pointed out a pretty good reason.

If you meant "it doesn't matter" as you say, then the proper phrasing would be "Regardless of who our nominee is...". Words have meaning, esp. in the title of a post

control of our spineless, bribe loving elected government. Voting rights, human rights, gun laws. Get out of the Middle East, peace, stuff like that.

Certainly better than having GOPers in charge, no threat of a veto, appointing Supreme Court Justices, etc.

Trump being in charge. He -- and most of the other GOPer candidates -- make Romney and McCain look tame. What's worse than them, are the people that support them.

Bernie will motivate millions of new voters for the Democratic party that will translate to wins down ticket.

Hillary will motivate millions of new or passive Republican voters that will translate to loses down ticket.

HRC is not a risk we can afford, especially when considering state and local elections.

I'm not voting for a specific Presidential candidate this time around. I'm voting for the future of the USSC. The reasoning behind this is simple: The next President has the possibility of choosing 3 justices. If you look at USSC decisions, they have a much larger impact on our country than most Presidential policies do. I for one do not want to see a Republican nominated court in our future. That would mean the end of Roe v. Wade, Marriage Equality, ACA and probably furthering the reach of the already over-represented Oligarchy.

This, in my opinion, is the most important issue of our next Presidential election. Scalia has been a justice for almost 30 years now (if my math is correct). So think about 2016 as a view to 2046 and where our country will be then if we get another 3 Antonin Scalia's (or worse). That is what is truly frightening in my opinion.

three more right wing corrupt judges would end America for sure. And they probably would have laws in 20 years that would not allow me to survive to 2046 no matter how hard I try.
