Refugee/Immigrant Crises End Of Beginning Of Malthusian Scenario.

War, failed governments, erosion of necessary resources, pollution et al all part of Malthusian scenario that is developing. The real truth is that the earth cannot sustain 7 billion people and it certainly cannot sustain the 9 or 10 billion people predicted. We are now like a pond with too many fish in it. There is a formula that will tell you how many fish of a certain size a pond can support. Once you pass the limits of that formula you cannot keep the pond viable. The fish produce too much waste and consume too much oxygen.

And with humans the depletion of resources is very similar. And our world is no past the point where everyone can live at a livable standard. We are now consuming more resources than the planet produces and many ecosystems are under severe stress. Unlimited growth is a myth. And global warming is also a symptom that we are in trouble.

If we do not control our numbers, the planet will. Nature will take over. We are NOT the masters of the planet as we believe.

I don't buy into the eliminationist rhetoric.

There are solutions to our problems available but the 1% don't want to lose their grip on power.

.... is absolutely the most fundimental factor in all of the most significant problems humanity faces. And woman's education and equality is the most fundamental factor in furthering population control.
