Kansas new E-Cig laws will lose lots of small businesses and cut jobs and make vaping too expensive

http://www.bizjournals.com/kansascity/blog/morning_call/2015/11/e-cigarette-supporters-fire-up-petition-drive.html

just another mess Brownback is creating.

I was able to quit smoking by vaping. It has been almost two years since I have had an analog cig. I quit just in time as I have the early issues of COPD due to smoking. The new laws take effect in July. I will need to stock up on juice for a long time. Ultimately my plan was to stop vaping by year's end but brownback an Kansas are kind of forcing the issue.

Many people have found vaping a great way to quit smoking - trends have shown that a lot of people have quit smoking choosing to vape instead. My son-in-law was a 3 pack a day smoker. Now after 3 years he has not had a cig and is down to 0-3 Mg nicotine. That is incredible. I am still at 12 and sometimes 18 mg.

The link in your article only references a city ordinance which bans the sale of tobacco to people under 21, and restricts vaping from public enclosed spaces. A quick google check for Kansas e-cigarette laws didn't come up with anything other than a proposed tax on the liquid ($6 per 30 ml bottle), which still makes liquid drastically cheaper than tobacco.

I'm not questioning the veracity of your post - I'm a vaper, and I'd like to read the legislation.
