Amazing how fast this relatively new tech has advanced - 3D printing of jet engines, drones, cars, houses, etc. The scary part-3D machines that can print out 3D machines (Terminator stuff?) - the Rise of the Machines?

It's in its infancy, but imagine being able to print anything. Everyone always focuses on weapons, but imagine, for example, a 3D-printed car that costs $100, or a 3D-printed house.

Even if one doesn't care about the animals, what an improvement this would bring to the environment, which is being decimated by factory farming.
