It is widely believed that she has known about this for years, and done nothing about it.

I am assuming you are referring to the request to have her testify.

lol whut?

Camille was his business manager. She needs to speak up on her own but I certainly agree she can be compelled to be deposed. That's not "testimony" and it isn't covered by privilege.

So you're just wrong.

Why do you want to protect a likely rapist?

Now, whether any of that testimony will be allowed into a criminal trial, whether directly or to impeach, is the constitutional question.

I think it will not ... and worse, pressing for her to be deposed, might spoil ALL of the cases, civil and criminal, against Cosby.

A lot of wives of the very wealthy are like that. Gotta keep the gravy train a-rollin'.

Look at Jerry Sandusky's wife. He was raping kids in their house, and she sort of just shrugged and went back to reading her John Grisham.

The judge threw out the attempt last week to avoid her appearance. One of his reasons is that she is his business manager.

How on earth could he have been doing what is charged over so many years and she wouldn't have any knowledge of it? Maybe she doesn't - in that case it helps him. The man has to be held accountable. I know if he was my husband he probably wouldn't have survived to see the inside of a courtroom.
