SHE's BACK-Kathy Nickolaus--Notorious-Wisconsin-FINDER-Of-Repub Votes-"Has Control Of Vote-Counting"

After the April controversy, Nickolaus pledged to step down from handling the county's election operations. But ahead of Gov. Scott Walker's recall election on June 5, the most expensive election in state history, recent evidence suggests Nickolaus still has control over the county's vote-counting. Observers and news reports from the recall's May 8 primary say Nickolaus looked like her usual self on election night. The WTMJ news station reported that Nickolaus "appeared to be very much in charge of the count." Says another observer, who asked to remain anonymous to speak openly: "On election night, Kathy Nickolaus was there, and she made it seem as if she was in control."

Republican county executive Dan Vrakas, who said "the public... lost faith in our election process in Waukesha County" because of Nickolaus' failures, has denied that Nickolaus remains in charge of election operations. But after Nickolaus' involvement in the May 8 primary, Vrakas took to the press to say he was "very disappointed" that she showed up. "I'd prefer that she wasn't here on election night but I can't ban her from the building anymore than I can ban anyone else from the building," Vrakas told the Waukesha Freeman. Vrakas said that a deputy of Nickolaus's had taken control of the vote-counting process.

election officials are not at their best after a harrowing 18+ hour day at the polls. That's what I saw going on during that last time that you are referring to.

bags of unsealed ballots. "I don't know where they came from" is a valid response if you honestly have no idea where they came from. I'm still wondering where those ballots came from. It's not as if someone who is participating in voter fraud is going to say, "Oh, I've just had this bag sitting around in case of a liberal victory."

The woman to which you are trying to refer to was not an observer. Ramona is on the Board of canvass. Her job is to total tapes and certify the numbers.

No ballots or tapes appeared or disappeared. The number Kathy reported TO THE MEDIA excluded an entire municipality. Ramona does not reconcile to those numbers. She is a smart, sharp, kind, wise and dedicated lifelong Democrat.

And I think you're wrong. I wish we had found evidence of fraud, but there was none. There was a lot of sloppiness by her and local clerks, but no evidence of fraud. I wanted there to be so badly.

Also, the application she used was to total tapes. Tapes were still reconciled and certification by board from them, not the totals from her PC.

The GAB has given her new rules since and she has to release ward totals, not county summary. In addition we are now observing at all polling places and the county.

The votes in the suspect bags were counted separately and none weighed more heavily for Prosser than the other bags. None has more ballots than they should have. It's not evidence of fraud, it is evidence of slop.

Nobody ignored anything, it was all entered into evidence and reviewed by statisticians and attorneys.

If you seriously think Waukesha County would EVER lean blue on its best day, you're sorely mistaken.

That is how we validate that the bags are accurate, so if they are wrong...it's not fraud, just slop?

How do we validate bags then when they come in torn overstuffed and with the wrong numbers?

Just trust them?

Trust the ballot bags that were left under Kathy's watchful eye?

I think they are probably manipulating the vote via central tabulator all over the entire state, and everyone is just watching Kathy.

Wisconsin needs to demand independent exit polls June 5.

Exit polls are essential to provide the canary in the coal mine when someone is attempting to steal an election.

I have been a Poll Worker when they stole the election.

We worked all day and way into the evening . One Nusy Body Lady was taking charge from start to finish.

We were all in shock and tired close to closing.

Something about her manner caused several of us to wonder- "what's with her??" but she was in charge with her official badge!

All day long, people were so excited about the Democratic Candidate _ Wikipedia nailed it----

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_presidential_election,_2004

"November 2, 2004. Republican Party candidate and incumbent President George W. Bush defeated Democratic Party candidate John Kerry, the then-junior U.S. Senator from Massachusetts."

Everyone needs to ask themselves 'why don't we have exit polls anymore?'

They use to be the canary in the coal mine.

In the 2004 election, exit polls showed exact opposite of election results...so the media determined that exit polls were inaccurate and decided to stop doing them.

It couldn't be that the election results were inaccurate?

And how exactly are we supposed to know now if our election results are even close to how we voted? With diebold central tabulators they can do anything they want to and tell us to eat shit and like it.(and they do)

And watch out, Karl Rove always just happens to be in Waukesha around election time...

Clearest evidence yet that there is another entity in charge of Wisconsin, one that doesn't respond to democratic accountability. I hear there is even a restraining order against her but she just ignored it and there is nothing anyone can do. Really? I though restraining orders could be enforced by police officers. Why hasn't that guy just called the cops on her?
