He also claims his brother "kept us safe"

Republican presidential hopeful Jeb Bush on Sunday praised Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder (R) for the way he has handled the fallout from the water contamination crisis in the city of Flint.

“I admire Rick Snyder for stepping up right now. He’s going to the challenge, and he’s fired people and accepted responsibility to fix this,” Bush, a former Florida governor, said on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

Bush elaborated that he has been critical of Snyder for his negligence leading up to the crisis, but applauded the governor for the way he has taken responsibility to fix the problem.

“No, what I’m saying though, instead of saying, 'The dog ate my homework' and, 'It’s someone else’s fault,' once it became clear he’s taken the lead now, and that’s exactly what I think leaders have to do,” he said.

2. Bush not only kept NYC safe, he also kept our economy safe. I guess the word safe

means unsafe nowadays, the way the kids used 'bad' to mean 'good.'

That's the only explanation for Jeb's! use of the word safe.

4. If he actually "accepted responsibility" he would have resigned already

What he gave was the standard "mistakes were made" no-apology apology.

When you truly accept responsibility you accept the consequences of what you did. Consequences do not exist for these assholes.

8. Please consider this: Both Bush and Snyder are relying on Joeseph Goebbels famous quote about lies
Sun Jan 24, 2016, 02:36 PM
Jan 2016

"If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State."

What are the lies?

He did not keep "us safe"......You lose Bush you are a liar and a dunce...

You cannot "fix it"......you are too late...you have already poisoned those people...time for you to get what you have coming to your political career........

10. I think that after a while...Ricky will get thrown under the bus, and run over in a very nasty way!!

His so called friends will destroy him, so that they can save their own agendas. They will say he did a terrible job, and if someone had been on task, none of this would have happened. ...they will say this......................

the ideas are not wrong, about running things like a business, Ricky was just too stinky,,,,and did an awful job

someone else would have caught it right in the beginning, and this wouldn't have happened at all...so it was Stinky Ricky, not the idea of running things like a business....you know what I mean....
