Stating that he supports Rick Snyders handling of the water crisis..
This, I feel, is gonna get bigger and bigger and will hurt immensely any politician who backs Ricko..
And to be honest.. I still fear Jeb. The Republicans are just so fucked up and I have a feeling that
Donald is going to as well.. He started nearing that point with that dumb statement about shooting people and remaining popular.. He has absolutely no filter, which might eventually undo him//

(182,826 posts)They ignored (as did MSM as always) and now they had pushed back a bit trying to blame the city but mostly they are rudderless in this. Jeb should have avoided answering but then being "the smart one" in that crowd ain't saying much.

(27,315 posts)Particularly as the media are going around and saying Snyder is not the problem.
Anyway, I fear Trump more than Bush at this point. The man is dangerous and ready to anything to win. He understands how to manipulate the media and that even bad media is good, as other candidates are not covered in the news. He did not make the remark about shooting people randomly. He knew that this will cut the air for the other campaigns. With 11 people running, saying things that are provoking prevents other candidates to take the lead.

They're going to get their butts booted in Iowa. And in New Hampshire.
Not looking that good in Nevada or South Carolina either. In his home state, he's lagging far behind the frontrunners.
Not sure what Jeb thinks he gains in standing up for Snyder, but if he wants to be the candidate for whom poisoning human beings is just fine, I guess we'll have to let him be that candidate. The Bushes are a stubborn bunch.
They're none too bright either.
