Trump's plan for replacing Obamacare -"We’ll work something out"

Republican presidential front runner Donald Trump revealed on Sunday that his plan for replacing President Barack Obama’s Affordable Care Act was to “work something out” after he repeals Obamacare.

“We’re going to work with our hospitals, we’re going to work with our doctors,” Trump said. “We’ve got to do something. ...
We’ll work something out,” he added.

worked out, as far as that goes. The question, Mr. Trump, is what exactly in your career experience or personal temperament suggests that you should spearhead the working out?

Looks to me as if nothing at all suggests it.
