at $25/hour, which I assume are needed so it looks like he actually has supporters when the media show up (assuming the media show up at all). Poor Jeb!

It's unlikely that the campaign would pay seat fillers, but it's just inconceivable that the project would be advertised in fliers posted around town. Also, the prospective recruits are told to see "Dale" at the rally entrance but with no information about what he looks like.
