I'm sure this is tad overblown and melodramatic as the entire state could file for bankruptcy but still find millions for LSU Football but it does raise some red-flags into the disastrous financial policies of yet another Republican governor. Democratic successor left to pick up the pieces. Hey perhaps SEC States would vote for a Democrat if it meant saving their football programs.
