Obama should appoint Posner to replace Scalia...

...he's no kid, but what the hell. He's the most prestigious judge in the country, a Republican, but not crazy. This would put the GOP Senate in a box, and best of all, it would make Mr Scalia scream from wherever in the Afterlife he is now...Posner was Scalia's bete noir...
