had done more damage on the modern court then Scalia. No one who replaces him will either.

Now the fight to get it finally the way it should be.
As much as I hate the likes of Roberts, Thomas, and Alito the fact is that none of them are as purely malicious and hateful and full of themselves as Scalia was. None of them are so dangerously convinced of their own righteousness and roles as the very hand of god.

No one had such hatred and disregard for the constitution, and no one "legislated from the bench" like he did. I hate celebrating a death, but the nation will be better off without him.
