(12,597 posts)a time limit on how quickly a supreme has to be replaced. It could be one of the most important reasons we must have a Democrat in the WH - in case Obama can't do it now - the next Democratic President can be sure we get a good supreme who is on our side.
I shudder to think who Cruz and that type would do.
