If the death of Scalia is true, we are now seeing in actual time what a GOP vs. Dem will mean for

2016.

One or more passings on the SCOTUS have been our rallying cry for a long time. Now we have one in real time, played out starkly in the upcoming election cycle.

I have been a broken record on the fact that the next president had better be a Dem and will not put an anti-Roe justice on the high court. Let's not take a chance on this election by sitting it out!

He is truly most sincerely dead.

The thing to look out for in these types of situations is to make sure with a wooden stake.

And then the ashes sprinkled on unhallowed ground -one of Donald Trump's properties should do.

...it's almost a year until the next President. The spectacle of the GOP Senate having a hissy fit because the President of the United States dares to act like the President of the United States might just be edifying. Rub their faces in it the whole year, if he has to.

Pray for the health of all the other Supreme Court Justices with a soul and that care for people rather than things. May they all have a long life.
