One or more passings on the SCOTUS have been our rallying cry for a long time. Now we have one in real time, played out starkly in the upcoming election cycle.
I have been a broken record on the fact that the next president had better be a Dem and will not put an anti-Roe justice on the high court. Let's not take a chance on this election by sitting it out!

(4,858 posts)...it's almost a year until the next President. The spectacle of the GOP Senate having a hissy fit because the President of the United States dares to act like the President of the United States might just be edifying. Rub their faces in it the whole year, if he has to.
