But Scalia didn't care much about innocent people being able to defend themselves, so fair is fair.

One of the least principled men to ever serve on the bench. He claimed to be a strict constructionist, yet he only relied upon it when it allowed him to reach the result he wanted. A terrible man.

I celebrate this man's death, and I celebrate the fact that his life will continue no more, and I celebrate the fact that he is unlikely to be resurrected.


This is a grand day. Flags should be flown at twice their normal height, and Obama should declare a national day of "Fuck You Scalia."
