Scalia replacement and the Senatorial election
The Dems are in good shape to take the Senate, especially if they Pres. candidate is someone like Trump or Cruz. If the GOP stops an Obama nominee, they have a good chance of facing a Dem Pres and Dem Senate to confirm who ever they wish.
The Repukes might not be far sighted enough see this.
