Jeh Johnson, maybe?
I just heard this from someone else. What about current Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson to replace Judge Nino?
He's already been vetted and confirmed by the Crazy Senate™, so hopefully that will mean something. He is a skilled attorney, both in government and private practice. He is known to be very non ideological.
