He WOULD be good, but I'd still rather see him in an EXECUTIVE position, where his talents lie, imo.

and sadly, with the age of the other justices, this would not necessarily be a once in a lifetime possibility for him.

he has youth on his side...

but speaking of executive, what do you think of him to replace the gods awful dws on dnc? he could really shine there if the hacks will get out of his way...
