Yesterday Bernie HQ opened in my town. NC. We were snowed in, so I went there today.

Location: At the foot of the entrance to UNCSA=University of North Carolina School of the Arts -that's on one side. Entrance to a black re-vamped neighborhood to the other side.
I found a fledgling place, with some signs at the street. A place that looked just like anything looks when it just happened, a hole in the wall type location, and everything is start-up and new.
I bought some yardsigns, bumperstickers, offered my two guest rooms for out of town volunteers to crash in, and since i am a sign maker I offered to supply them with a stack of "I'm for the fringe candidate" bumperstickers (our own) so they can sell them.

What I really want to tell you though, is that the one volunteer in the afore mentioned, not yet bustling headquarters was a young Muslim woman.
